We take the view that the principles of off site manufacturing should be integrated into the overall construction process where best applied, rather than wholesale replacement. In this way. We utilise a hybrid approach whereby prefabrication of rebar, the selective use of precast concrete and general off site manufacture is incorporated into the construction process where it is best utilised. The results of this approach are clear. Reduction of on site labour, improved quality control and most importantly a safer way of building.
